What You'll Do

The Banquet Server presents food and beverages to guests.  Ensures all guest needs are met, including proper service. As directed and/or assigned, perform bartending duties which may include but are not limited to: mixing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes and measurements. Responsible for the setup and tear down of equipment for meetings and food and beverage functions in the banquet and training rooms.

  • Provide service within established policy, procedure and in accordance with event BEO.
  • Present food and beverages to guests.
  • Perform bartending duties as directed and/or assigned.
  • Provide excellent guest service and promote positive guest relations.
  • Meet deadlines as needed.
  • Stock, store and care for all banquet equipment.
  • Assist in the washing and stocking glassware and utensils as needed.
  • Clean banquet and storage areas as needed.
  • Ensure banquet areas are clean and restocked.
  • Smile and engage Guests and Team Members with a positive, professional demeanor.
  • Create, maintain and facilitate a positive work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Demonstrate efficient and healthy work habits.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and skill in alcohol safety awareness.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of P.O.S. systems.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skill both written and verbal. Read, write and speak English fluently.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to work various shifts.
  • Exhibit quick and efficient serving skills.
  • Exhibit working knowledge of health & safety standards, and safety regulations as required.
  • Perform other tasks assigned.

Regulatory & Compliance Responsibilities

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
  • One (1) year restaurant/deli experience preferred.
  • Obtain and maintain a valid WA State Health Card/Food Handlers Permit.
  • Obtain and maintain a valid MAST certification.
  • Strong guest service and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to Multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise, smoke, and temperature levels

Gaming License Required? Ability to secure and maintain STATE OR TRIBAL Gaming License.
