WORKING CONDITIONS
Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers alike.
Work in an environment that is subject to varying levels of noise, crowds and smoke, the severity depends upon customer volume.
Move effectively and efficiently throughout the casino floor and in the bar areas.
Carry serving tray, weighing up to 10 pounds, throughout an 8 hour shift and serve drinks to customers.
Document and comprehend drink orders.
Perform other tasks assigned.
Regulatory & Compliance Responsibilities
Must be 21 years of age.
Must meet established department appearance standards.
The skills and abilities necessary to perform within this position are typically acquired through two months of on-the-job training or through related experience.
Strong guest service and problem-solving skills.
Able to Multitask in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise, smoke, and temperature levels
Gaming License Required? Ability to secure and maintain STATE OR TRIBAL Gaming License.
